John Cena is not doing a “humiliation ritual” or whatever the fuck was referenced below … (also, shoutout Billy Football, was always cool to me, love that dude, but this take got my blood going)
Here’s what Billy doesn’t understand. For John Cena this is just another day at the office. Humiliate a pro wrestler? Good fucking luck. Cena has been on camera with his shirt off looking fucking JACKED for over 20 years and you think he gives a flying fuck about doing this bit last night? You know what would be humiliating for John Cena? Have him do nothing and make a joke about “not seeing him”. That’s something he ACTUALLY would hate.
The guy has proven time and time again that he will do anything he’s asked to do if it means entertaining the audience. This was not humiliating. Like “Oh, I gotta show all these hot actresses and everyone at home how fucking jacked I am“. Oh the horror! This isn’t Jonah Hill going up there with his shirt off floppin’ around, this is the 16 WWE World Heavyweight Champion. He beat The Rock!
And to all those people like “What about the kids watching!?” …. KIDS? Watching the Oscars? How fucking old are these kids?! You all sitting down with 5 year olds and breaking down Emma Stone’s performance in Poor Things? ….. in the words of The Rock “YOU SICK FREAKS!” Be better parents. Put on Ms Rachel or Bluey like real Americans.
And honestly, if your kid is 14 and sees John Cena on the Oscars covering his Attitude Adjustment, I’m sure he or she be okay.
So back to the whole Illuminati thing … yeah sure, maybe it’s real, maybe it’s not (probably is), but the bottom line is that when it comes to pro wrestlers, there is no ritual you can put them through that would be worth a damn. They have seen it all, been asked to do it all.
And ya know what I find funny, is that you people actually think that Hollywood is even capable of embarrassing and shaming a pro wrestler more than what Vince McMahon has asked of his employees? LOLOLOL … Jeez man, get a grip.
